Welcome to OpenCraft
A world of blocks to mine, reshape and slowly turn into a factory. There are no enemies and no rush: play at your own pace, alone or with friends.
Your first minutes
- Click Play. Look around with the mouse, walk with WASD and jump with Space.
- Break something. Hold the left mouse button on a block. A tree is a good start.
- Make something. Press E for your inventory and everything you can craft.
- Follow the tips on the left of the screen. They lead you from your first tools to your first factory.

Esc brings you back here. Your world saves by itself in this browser. Every key is under Controls.
Worlds are kept in this browser. Export one to keep a copy or to carry it to another computer. Creative worlds have everything researched and every item to hand.
Up to four players share one world, run from the host's browser. Friends open your link in theirs: nothing to install. Some networks block direct connections; if joining fails, try another network.

Changes show on the game behind this menu as you make them, and are kept in this browser.

How the night looks. Turn things off if the game runs slowly.
Sound
Sound effects, ambience (wind, water, birds) and music have a level and a mute button each. Changes are kept in this browser, and K mutes or unmutes everything while you play.
Sound designer
Sound effects are made on the fly. Tune how any of them sounds with dials.
